ReplyDeleteThe interpretive word for me is "confusion". Apologists for Rowan Williams ( The previous ABC) wrote explanations that were even more lengthy and confused than what Williams wrote. I read your article and understand the difficulty you faced. It reminds me of the phrase, "like trying to nail jello to a tree."
